How We Store Data
Whenever you visit our website, your IP address and other information are stored anonymously. If you register an account on our site, your name and contact information will be saved. If you contact us via a web form on the website or via email, we will also retain your contact information. The following are explanations of the cases in which your personal data is stored and what type of data is saved:
Visiting Website
Whenever you visit our Website, certain information in the server log files are automatically stored. This information includes the IP address, type and version of the browser you are using, time and date, as well as the website from which you came to our site. The IP address is anonymized so you cannot be identified.
Account Registration
When you register with us, we collect and process some of your personal information during the registration process. For example, we need your name, address, phone number, and email address. We delete the registration information either within 24 months or as soon as you delete your account. The personal data of employees who held the account are stored in accordance with internal documents. You can delete your account by sending an email to admin@quiddita.rs requesting deletion. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 lit. b GDPR or Article 12, paragraph 1, item 2) ZZPL - processing is necessary in order to take actions at the request of the person demandint data, before concluding the contract.
Contact Form
If you contact us through the Contact Form available on the website, your information will be saved. A copy of the message is stored on the site, and another copy is sent to the address of the person you contacted or to the site administrator. The information stored in this case is your name, telephone number, email address, message title and message text. You can request deletion of your information by sending an email to admin@quiddita.rs in which you ask for deletion. The legal basis for this data processing is also Art. 6 lit. b GDPR or Article 12, paragraph 1, item 2) ZZPL.
Cookies
Cookies are small files which are stored on a user's computer and can store various data. They are used primarily to store customer information. They are stored on users' devices during or after using of a website or an online store. Temporary cookies, session cookies, or transient cookies are cookies which are deleted when the user closes the web browser. Such cookies, for example, are used to store the settings or contents of the e-basket.
On the other hand, cookies called permanent or persistent stay in the browser even after the browser closes. For example, a user's login status to a site can be saved for a certain number of days after the visit. Also, permanent cookies can measure user distance from the site or user interest data. This information may be used for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics
Based on our legitimate interest, and in accordance with Art. 6 lit. f GDPR or Article 12 (1) (6) ZZPL, we use Google Analytics (GA), a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website and visitors is usually sent and stored on Google's servers in the USA. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and therefore provides protection in accordance with the EU privacy regulations. Google uses these information on our behalf to evaluate how you use our Website, to display activity reports and provide us with other services regarding the use of the Website and related services. Pseudonymized usage profiles can be created for you based on the processing of the aforementioned information. We use Google Analytics in the Universal-Analytics version, which is a GA process where user analysis is performed on the basis of a pseudonymized user ID, which is then used to create a pseudonymized user profile with Cross-Device Tracking. We use GA exclusively with IP anonymization activated. Your full IP address sent by your web browser is not sent by Google along with other information. You can turn off the cookie saving option in your browser settings. You can also prevent cookies from being stored by using this plugin for your browser: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
